This includes managing the membership recruitment and retention as well as member engagement in the Association. Additionally, this position is responsible for the day to day operation of APHL’s corporate relations program. Finally, this position helps to identify new products, product lines and delivery methods, and working with the COO to develop business plans for the same. This position currently supervises multiple staff and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
