APHL, in collaboration with the Department of Defense (DoD), Edgewood Chemical Biological Center and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate, convened a webinar on February 15, 2007, to discuss the design criteria for the All Hazards Receipt Facilities. Subject matter experts from DoD, DHS and APHL provided an overview of the design specifications utilized in the prototype facilities. Speakers included Ms. Monica Heyl, Dr. Dennis Reutter and Dr. Jim Pearson.
