Travel Funds:
Laboratory personnel from labs that have ELC or EIP funding and PulseNet Area Labs are expected to use those funds for travel expenses for this meeting. Additional ELC or EIP funds may be used to travel foodborne epidemiologists to this meeting, if deemed appropriate by the state. Very limited funds are available to travel public health laboratory personnel not funded through ELC/EIP. Anyone seeking funding assistance must complete the travel award application and return it to Kristy Kubota by June 25, 2010. APHL will facilitate the travel award process in cooperation with CDC staff. Announcements of travel awards will be made by July 16, 2010 to allow sufficient time to make air & hotel arrangements.

- Registration Fee: $125.00
- Registration must be done online unless you are paying by check.
- Payment may be made by check or credit card.
- Registration for this meeting will open in June and will be due no later than August 6, 2010.
Hotel:
This meeting will take place in The Drake Hotel. The conference rate is $145 single/$155 double plus tax per night. This is less than the federal per diem rate. Reservations must be made no later than August 6, 2010 to receive this rate. See the hotel link below for more details.
