APHL member local and state public health laboratories, and CDC laboratories, are eligible to apply to host one or more EID fellows. Up to 30 pre-doctoral one-year and 15 post-doctoral two-year fellowships will be awarded. Below are instructions and application forms.
Host laboratory applications must be submitted electronically (by email to fellowships@aphl.org). Signature pages must be faxed or mailed to APHL. The deadline for receipt of applications is March 1, 2010.
