The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) invites you to participate in APHL 2021, a virtual conference that will help you reach leaders, scientists and influencers across the public health laboratory community.
From May 4–20, 2021, the conference will present up to three sessions per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Topics will explore public health laboratory issues, trends and technologies relative to COVID-19 and other merging infectious diseases, environmental health, emergency preparedness, informatics, food safety, newborn screening, global health and more.
APHL 2021 will feature plenary sessions along with posters, networking and roundtables. Our interactive exhibit hall will be open and available during conference hours with attendees able to access your booth information all day.
Showcase your technologies and services for our participating state, county and local public health lab directors and scientists, as well as directors of state environmental and agricultural laboratories, government and private lab personnel, and others interested in laboratory issues.

Highlights from the APHL 2020 Annual Conference
APHL 2020 was our first virtual conference with a record-breaking attendance of over 1,600.
730 representatives from state and local Laboratories attended last year’s virtual conference.
75% of attendees from state and local laboratories were at the supervisor level or above.
Virtual Exhibit Hall
Our interactive exhibit hall will be open and available during conference hours with attendees able to access your booth information all day. Virtual booths can contain your company's logo, company banner, name, description, website, social media links, video, marketing materials, white papers, lead retrieval and links to communicate with attendees.
APHL is partnering with CadmiumCD® to build out the APHL 2021 virtual event platform. Exhibitors will be able to access the meeting’s content for up to 90 days post conference. The APHL 2021 platform will feature gamification and video chat for engagement interactions and networking.
Cancellations refer to the full booth fee only. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Assignments not rejected by the exhibitor within 14 days of notification of space assignment will be considered accepted by the exhibitor and may, thereafter, be rejected or the contract canceled only with the approval of the Exhibit Manager. A written cancellation received on or before April 1, 2019 will be refunded minus the deposit. There will be no refunds after this date. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.
