Supports the quality management system (QMS) through data, information, and resources covering regulations and accreditations, quality system essentials (QSEs), continuous quality improvement (CQI), and workflow design/re-design. Connects member expertise, and shares outcomes and practices with the larger PHL community including the Quality Improvement Forum (QIF), QA ColLABorate, Member Resource Center (MRC) and Quality System News Bytes newsletter.AnalyticsUtilizes data to develop questions for further exploration and discovery, as well as the overall strategic direction of APHL's work.Promotes Knowledge Management practices.Sustains data and information resources such the Member Resource Center (MRC) and Public Health Laboratory Systems Database (PHLSD).Conducts monitoring and evaluation to identify successful outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
