Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) are a systematic process to evaluate and identify training needs and the best solutions. This is to ensure that training programs and resources are tailored to address specific gaps in knowledge, skills and competencies, ultimately leading to enhanced performance, professional growth and a resilient workforce.
APHL Real-time Training Needs Assessment
Launched in May 2025, the real-time TNA is APHL's new way to listen, learn and create value through a very brief survey that laboratory leaders and professionals can complete to share what they need for training, as they need it. The inputs directly shape future APHL training offerings and resources. They also help APHL refine and share valuable resources that may have been missed. Results from this assessment are featured in a dynamic real-time dashboard below.
